Mission, Vision and Values

Our mission is simple, and we have not changed it: “To provide a quality product at a fair price.”

Our vision goes with it: “Create an outdoor living space like it was our home.” And our values are the part people quote back to us: “We are not the cheapest, but we’re the least expensive over time.”

Few paver companies offer both quality and affordability in the same bid. We take pride in making sure your installation stands up over the years. Ultimately, we want you to tell friends and neighbors about the experience without having to add a qualifier.

One Job at a Time

Plenty of contractors take a deposit, then spread their crew across several jobs at once. Your project stretches out by weeks, sometimes months, and your yard sits half finished the whole time.

We do it the other way. Once we are on your site, we do not start another project until yours is done. Timely completion is goal number one. It also means the sand pile, the pallets and the saw are gone when we say they will be gone.

What We Build

Pavers are the core of the work, but the outdoor room around them usually comes with it. We install paver driveways, patios and lanais, pool decks, firepits and outdoor fireplaces, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, pergolas and tiki huts, landscape lighting and artificial turf. We also clean, seal and repair existing paver installations that have faded or settled in spots, and we take on commercial paver work.

If the driveway is the only piece you are sure about right now, that is fine. Plenty of projects start with one area and grow once you see how the space gets used.

How the Work Actually Goes

Every job runs through the same steps, whether it is a front walkway or a full pool deck.

  • Walk the site. We measure, look at how water moves across the property, and talk through pattern, color and border.
  • Remove and excavate. Out comes the old concrete, asphalt, gravel or paver field, then we dig to the depth the use requires.
  • Build the base. Base material goes in and gets compacted in lifts. This is the part nobody sees and the part that decides everything.
  • Screed and lay. A flat sand bed, then the field, cut clean at the edges around curves, drains and posts.
  • Lock it in. Edge restraint, joint sand, a final compaction pass and a clean site when we pull out.

Built for Florida Conditions

Pavers behave differently in Florida than they do up north, and the details matter.

  • Sandy soil. Our ground moves. Compacted base and proper edge restraint are what keep a driveway from developing waves under vehicle weight.
  • Summer rain. A hard afternoon storm will find any low spot. Slope and joint drainage get planned before we lay anything.
  • Heat and bare feet. Around a pool, surface color and texture decide whether the deck is usable in the middle of the day.
  • Salt air. Coastal properties are harder on materials and hardware, so we account for that near the water.
  • Humidity. Efflorescence and mold show up here. Both are manageable with cleaning and a sensible sealing cycle.
