    What your free paver estimate includes

    We come to the property, because you can’t price hardscape off a satellite photo. On site we cover:

    • The actual area measured, including cuts, curves and transitions
    • Grade and drainage, so the surface sheds water away from the house and pool cage
    • What’s there now, whether concrete, asphalt, gravel or tired pavers, and what removal takes
    • Site access, since equipment reach affects the work
    • Paver style, color and pattern options that suit the house
    • A written price with the scope spelled out

    What happens after you submit

    We read what you sent and call to schedule a visit. If we need a photo or a clarification first, we’ll ask before we drive out. The visit is short. Your estimate follows in writing, and then it’s your call. We’ll answer questions. We won’t chase you.

    None of this is required, but it speeds things up.

    • Rough size of the area, even a pace count
    • What’s on the surface now
    • What you want built: driveway, patio or lanai, pool deck, firepit, retaining wall, outdoor kitchen, pergola, tiki hut, lighting, artificial turf, or cleaning and sealing

    • Your timing, and whether it ties to a pool remodel or another trade
